Individualization of the oncological treatment allows escaping clichéd approach, what provides the opportunity of rational usage of oncological treatment methods while preserving its radical approach.

Plastic surgeons participation is a factor that has a positive impact on work of specialized surgical hospitals, organized on a «head-neck» principle, and increases surgical activity in patients with relatively functionally unresectable tumors

Generally among the variety of currently existing methods of compensation the defects of soft and cover-tissue are covered by fascial flaps from forearm and foot. The submental flap due to its properties is concurrent to named methods and does not require microsurgical skills and equipment. Despite that, in our country, this technique is not well known and widespread.

Clinical management based on principles of team work in presented case allowed to conduct surgical treatment of conditionally incurable patient with minimal time and financial expenses for health facility and in short terms.

KEY WORDS: head and neck tumors, resection, lymph dissection, immediate reconstruction, metastases, fascio-cutaneus flap, clinical management, individualization of cancer treatment, monomodal approach.
