Кожесберегающая мастэктомия

Органосохраняющее лечение в последние 20 лет представляет краеугольный камень в хирургическом лечении больных раком молочной железы; однако в недавнее время выполнение мастэктомии возросло. Мастэктомия – одна из наиболее часто выполняемых операций на молочной железе, обычно используют новые хирургические методики с сохранением кожного конверта и/или сосково-ареолярного комплекса.

Цель этой статьи – обзор литературы по кожесберегающей мастэктомии и мастэктомии с сохранением соска, а также оценка онкологической безопасности этих методов. Кроме того, рассмотрены онкологическое значение статуса края резекции и вида мастэктомии, поскольку это обусловливает риск местного рецидива и относительную необходимость в адъювантной терапии.
