Combination of Ormond’s disease and clear cell renal carcinoma is presented in case report.

Materials and methods: clinical case of combination of Ormond’s disease and clear cell renal carcinoma, diagnosed in 2010, was reported and analyzed.

Results: retroperitoneal fibrosis is a chronic nonspecific inflammation in retroperitoneal space. More than 75% have idiopathic origin. Clinical symptoms are non specific, and the main method of treatment is surgical. Ormond’s disease can simulate infiltrative renal tumors for instrumental methods of study.

Conclusion. Combination of Ormond’s disease and clear cell renal carcinoma was described for the first time.

KEY WORDS: renal carcinoma, clear cell carcinoma, retroperitoneal fibrosis, Ormond’s disease.
