The prototype of robot-assisted laser surgical system for minimally invasive ablation of biotissues to study regimens for ablation of malignant tumors using laser radiation was developed. First experiments on robotize vaporization of biotissues were conducted.

Material and methods: The stand for assessment of CO2 laser parameters was developed. CO2 laser parameters were assessed and laser source was reasonably selected. Scanning system for control of laser beam path was created. The prototype of robot-assisted laser surgical system was developed and tested.

Results: Capabilities of the prototype of robot-assisted laser surgical system for minimally invasive ablation of biotissues were studied.

Application of results: Experimental study of regimens for robotize ablation of malignant tumors using laser radiation for its realization in robotic surgery.

Conclusion: The developed prototype of robot-assisted laser surgical system allows to perform robotize minimally invasive vaporization of biotissues and may be used for studying of regimens for laser ablation of malignant tumors.

KEY WORDS: malignant tumors, laser ablation, robot-assistant, regimens of exposure.
